A lot of people were surprised when Brgy ginebra chose Forrester as their draft pick. Brgy Ginebra sacrificed Rico Maierhofer and Willy Wilson to acquire the 4th draft pick rights of Barako bull. In essence James Forrester is the equivalent value of these two guys… But after two years the Brgy Ginebra coaching staff used Forrester seldomly. He never developed his talent for most of the time he is just a spectator from the bench which is a complete opposite during his college days on which he is the go to guy of his team.
