On a memorandum that the National Telecommunications Center (NTC) released last January 30 2014 on which it asked the ISP providers to block pornsites which contains child pornography. Sites which will be blocked will be given by NTC upon the recommendation of Inter-Agency Council against Child Pornography (“IACACP”) .
