Mint, coriander and pineapple marinade
(for steaks)
. 1 can (240 ml) pineapple juice
• 1/4 can fresh mint leaves’, chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
• 2 tablespoons olive oil ‘
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground white pepper’
• 5 pieces steak (rib-eye, porterhouse or sirloin)
1. Mix the first six ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. Set aside.
2: Arrange steaks on tray and pour the mixture over the steaks. Marinade the steak for 15 to 20 minutes., turning over once to marinate the other side.
3. Grill the steaks to desired doneness.
