(for steaks)
. 1 can (240 ml) pineapple juice
• 1/4 can fresh mint leaves’, chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
• 2 tablespoons olive oil ‘
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground white pepper’
