The name Mark Joseph Solis as been popular lately in a not so good way… Mark Joseph Solis bagged the 1st place in the photo contest entitled “Smile of the World Competition” held by the Chilean embassy it is a great achievement for him on a negative and positive note. The positive side is that he earned 50 thousand pesos and a tour while the negative side is that his so called photo is plagiarized, stolen from the internet and he submitted as his own.
