I just wonder, do CD-R king management visits their stores? Most of the time CD-R king stores are jump packed with customer that would be customer rather than go to the store and buy the things they need will just peak a bit and be frustrated with the long lines and will just leave. To some instance even the customer who are already in queue will just leave. Every customer that leaves a store means a loss in revenue. By giving them reasons to leave doesn’t it mean the management are too lax with customer turnover ratio? Or they are too confident that they can generate good revenues even if they neglect some customers?
