Anti-cyber boso bill

Due to the katrina Halili, Maricar Reyes, Brazilian model and Hayden Kho scandals porn related Blogs and Forums are mostly down or temporarily unavailable.  If not down or unavailable they are now invitation only site.  They are trying to protect their site and sources and hope things would subside and they can be back in business again.  Good luck for those sites that put watermarks. Could the situation would lead to another “boybastos” situation. Bloggers which will be apprehended because of pornography.  Is freedom of expression being violated? Or it just another political propaganda by a certain senator?

 

Personally the “anti-cyber boso bill” is long overdue. The sad part is  it was neglected by the congress and the senate. They are only pushing it now because a celebrity is involved. It only shows that our congress and senate is the representative of the wealthy and famous.

 

How many times these kind of incident happened and yet our government did not make any solid move to stop or deter others from doing it again.

 

Well, like they said it pays being rich and famous.

 

 

Noodles Scandal

This is the mother of all scandal, the noodles to be given to elementary students is over-priced, mislabeled and it cost the government around 400 million.  They are trying to feed our children with trash, 22 pesos per pack is not worth it. Dep Ed says that the cost is justifiable because it have malunggay and egg in it. Are they all out of their mind?  Instant noodles only cost around 6 -8 pesos per 55 grams and it is also fortified with different vitamins.

 

Okay, let’s give them the benefit of the doubt that the contract is legal and only 1 bidder have qualified. But wait, according to some noodle company they did not qualify in the first place because there was no invitation from Dep Ed. Assuming that they received an invitation, would this multinational company qualify?  Or the bidding requirement is already rigged so only one company could meet the requirement.

 

Well, for those who approved this transaction sana kunin na kayo ni Lord!

 

Helicopter sexcapade

Drink driving in punishable by law but what if you are driving not a car but a helicopter?

David Martz is a helicopter pilot who has been revoked of his license not for flying his helicopter drunk but because of a video of him having a carnal thing with a porn star while flying the chopper, the video was taken 2007.

Back then only picture of him holding the boobs of the porn star have leaked and there are no formal complaint so he has been of the hook. But until recently, an edited video started circulate around the net and it caused him his license.
