Gov. Tallado Scandal?

For the past two days an alleged picture of Gov. Tallado and his mistress is circulating the social media specifically facebook. The alleged  mistress is a 24 or 28 years old nurse working at the capitolyo. It was stated that the initial picture that surfaced was of the mistress which is doing a carnal thing but it was later on deleted / unaccesible.
