After almost 6 years of negotiation the fight between Mayweather and Pacquiao is now a done deal.
According to some analyst for sure the fight will break all pay per view records of boxing and it would benefit Mayweather for he is the one in command in terms of revenue sharing, venue, type of drug testing to be use etc…
The Pacman subdue the hitman in just 2 rounds and many believe that the next bout should be with Mayweather.
Mayweather is coming out of retirement to face Marquez at 144 lbs weight limit tentatively this coming July. Marquez is going up two weight class to prove that he is the true pound to pound champion.
It is now a waiting game for the camp of Manny Pacquiao, who ever wins in the Mayweather – Marquez bout might be the next opponent of the Pacman.
In the part of Mayweather’s camp Juan Marquez would be barometer for a “Mayweather-Pacquiao bout”. Up to now there are still question between the last fight of Pacquaio and Marquez, some do believe that it should be Marquez who won and not Pacman. If Mayweather defeats Marquez then roughly he could defeat the Pacman.
If Juan Marquez wins against Mayweather then it is possible that a battle between him and Pacquiao would push through. Ever since the last “Pacman and Marquez bout” Marquez keeps on challenging Pacquiao but he was always been denied for the reason that team Pacquiao believes that they have won and they have nothing to prove.
