Recent advances in robotics have been applied to automation in industrial manufacturing with the primary purpose of optimizing practical systems in terms of such objective measures as accuracy, speed, and cost. However, the resulting robots are mostly kept away from human beings because people can be injured during their everyday functioning.

Lg have created a phone which is similar to Iphone and it is called LG vu. Like the Iphone it is has a touch screen, bar shape, internet capable and a music player. Talk time of the phone is 3 hours max and a standby mode of 250 hours max. LCD resolution is around 240 x 400 pixels and support 18 bit colors. It could be charge by a usb and also it could be used as a mass storage mode. Internal memory is small, around 155 mb shared memory but it has a memory slot up to 4 GB.
