Porcine epidemic diarrhea is a disease commonly affecting piglets. Just a little over a year about 6 million piglets have died from it in the USA as per news circulating the internet. According to the US Department of Agriculture pig population have drop at least 3% since the reporting of the disease this year.
If you are a swine raiser in the Philippines don’t be alarmed by these news because PED is not new in our country, the said disease is sporadically appearing from time to time in differently provinces. PED or TGE , the Philippines have it.
