3 cups durian pulp
2 cups powdered milk
5 cups refined sugar
1 can condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. glucose
Rubber scraper or plastic ladle
3 rolls water cellophane
1. Combine durian pulp, powdered milk, refine sugar, and condensed milk in a stainless carajay/pan.
2. Cook over slow fire, stirring constantly until mixture is thick enough to roll.
3. Transfer the mixture to a board then apply butter and spread to the desired thickness. Cut into serving sizes and cool.
4. Wrap individually in water cellophane and pack
