According to DOTC they are now studying to abolish the charges of sms or text message.
Telecommunication company is paying only for voice service franchise and so therefore they should only charge for voice calls and not for sms or text messaging.
Well, if this could materialize then its good news for the common Juan but bad news for the telcos.

At a young age Sheila Mae started helping her family by diving for metals in the pier. And also here she was discovered. She then went to Manila for training and in the 23rd Southeast Asian Games she made record by a triple gold win in the diving event.
This coming olympics in Beijing, Sheila will represent out country. Let’s support her!

Well, an owner of African grey parrot in Japan teach his parrot their address and luckily it have been handy. The parrot has flew out of his cage and got lost. Police have found him and they turned him over to the veterinarian. The parrot started to talk about his address. And you guess it right. They are reunited with his owner.
