According to DOTC they are now studying to abolish the charges of sms or text message.
Telecommunication company is paying only for voice service franchise and so therefore they should only charge for voice calls and not for sms or text messaging.
Well, if this could materialize then its good news for the common Juan but bad news for the telcos.
