The other day Camarines Norte Gov. Edgardo Tallado was crying on national tv telling media that her wife, Josie Tallado was missing with her female friend. The car of Mrs. Tallado was found at Barangay Napolidan in Lupi, Camarines Sur and inside the car was a burned umbrella.
