Mint, coriander and pineapple marinade

(for steaks)

.               1 can (240 ml) pineapple juice

             1/4 can fresh mint leaves’, chopped

             1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped

             2 tablespoons olive oil  

             1 teaspoon salt

             1 teaspoon ground white pepper’
