Semana Santa is just around the corner and usually during this time mountainers and espiritualist goes trekking to this so called holy mountain. But unfortunately due to the fire at mount banahaw trekking in the said mountain this coming Holy week is now prohibited. AS of the latest news the fire is now under control /Fire out . Approximately around 50 hectares turned to ash.The cause of fire is being attributed allegedly to the group of mountaineers that went up the mountain last wednesday.
