Finishing Oil for Furniture
From Rubber Tree
Rubber tree seeds produce oil. Researchers from FPRDI Los Baños found that furniture
applied with finishing oil from rubber tree seeds are more resistant to alcohol stain or anything
hot placed on top of furniture compared to ordinary finishing oil.
The proportion which may be applied with paint brush is as follows:
75% oil from rubber tree seed
25% paint thinner
